The survey is composed by 28 questions divided into 4 macro-areas: Planet, People, community and Leadership. The purpose is to evaluate the sustainability level of the salon with regard each macro-area.
Once the questionnaire is completed in all its parts, the system will calculate the provisional score reached, which can go from 0 to 100. To start the path towards certification, it is necessary to obtain a score greater or equal to 50.

next to each possible answer there is an info button ( i ) which indicates documents will need to be provided later (in case of a positive test result) to verify the given answer. Before answering, always make sure you can provide the required documents. Failure to upload these documents will block the certification process.
